Shinrin-Yoku, 2021
Shinrin-Yoku, 2021
Chez Carole Korngold, Tourrette, Paris
I try to depict in my work a moment when you feel the light caressing you, this moment when you experience the vibration which connects you to the living, to the Earth under the feet. It is this quest for reunification that I try to reinvent in my painting. My works express both the prism of light which fragments into a thousand pieces and at the same time unites, revealing the rawness of things.

A Time Of Sand, 2023
Voltz Clarke Gallery, NYC
The paintings created for A Time of Sand have profited from her staying still in her residence of southwestern France. These works are visual notes, and deep reflections of her personal journey as she observed changes in light and time, like the moving sand in an hourglass.
Wildflower, 2022
Wildflower, 2022
Simard Bilodeau Contemporary, LA
Wildflower, “a flower of an uncultivated variety or a flower growing freely without human intervention”. With this body of work I find a freedom of expression like a seed dispersed in a field by the wind, carried with no exact direction or path, but landing in a place where I can grow.

Rosengarten, 2020
Rosengarten, 2020
Voltz Clarke Gallery, NYC
The title for the exhibition, Rosengarten (Rose Garden), is in reference to the Dolomites in South Tyrol. The vast range of natural beauty represents personal transformation and change that sparked inspiration for this new body of work. “In the evening when the sun begins its descent, the light hits the quartz of the side of the mountain range and it glows pink. It is a magical effect.
Lontano, 2018
Lontano, 2018
Voltz Clarke Gallery, NYC
Lontano, features paintings created during an Artist-in-Residency at Palazzo Monti in Brescia, Italy. Hojoki, 2019
Hojoki, 2019
Galerie Baull, Berlin
This series of works are influenced by the ancient Höjoki text, written in 1212 by the court poet turned Buddhist monk Kamo no Chomei. Chomei's exploration of the Buddhist notion of impermanence speaks directly to my experience, whilst also commenting on the cyclical movement between loss and gain, evocation of moments of both discovery and despair, sensations reflected in the contrasts found in both my sculptures and paintings.
